Tooling and spare parts are manufactured in-house for our own WP applicators and most other makes. As a result there are no delays waiting for parts to be shipped from abroad, and as hardened materials are held in stock we are able to get straight on to the job in hand.

As one of the few specialist precision engineering companies that combine the plant and expertise to provide both EDM wire erosion and EDM sinking capabilities, die sets and hard wearing spare parts are manufactured from pre-hardened materials. This avoids distortion that can result from hardening pre-formed parts and ensures trouble free results.

Tools and Spares for Almost Any Make of Applicator
We manufacture consumables and spares for applicators working with terminals from AMP, Berg, Delphi-Packard, Etco, FCI - Framatome, Grote & Hartmann, Hirose, JAE, JST, Molex, Reinshagen, Rists, Ross Courtney, Stocko, Sumitomo and Utilux.

For applicator makes where we have no drawing, the part can be posted to us so that we can measure it and send it back by return of post or courier. In the case of a broken crimper where the width can not easily be measured, we are able to take the measurements from the crimper and the anvil set.
